What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via PayPal.
Can I order just one part?
Yes. We specialize in custom manufacturing starting from a single prototype and can scale up to 1,000 units.
Do you charge for consultations or quotes?
No. Consultations and quotes are free of charge. Costs only apply once an order is placed.
Can I reach out even if I’m only considering a project?
Absolutely. We’re happy to provide advice and guidance at the consultation stage, whether or not it leads to immediate production.
What if I don’t have 3D CAD data?
No problem. Our team can create or modify the data you need. We can generate 3D CAD data from sketches, PDF drawings, or 2D CAD files, and also handle IGES, STEP, Parasolid, or OBJ data corrections for 3D printing and machining.
Do you offer online meetings?
Yes. We can arrange meetings via Zoom, Google Meet, or your preferred platform.
Can I request material certificates and compliance documents?
Yes. We can provide material certificates along with documents required under the Food Sanitation Law, SDS, REACH, RoHS, ChemSHERPA, conflict minerals surveys, export control checks, and other non-use declarations.
What is the maximum order quantity?
We handle production runs from one piece up to 1,000 parts per order.
How do you ensure the security of submitted data?
All customer data is handled with strict confidentiality and managed securely throughout the production process.
Where are the products shipped from?
Our products are manufactured in Japan, China, or Vietnam, depending on your requirements. If you have specific restrictions on production country or country of origin, we can accommodate those requests. All products undergo final inspection at our Osaka headquarters before being dispatched directly to you.
Do you have experience with overseas exports?
Yes. We have experience exporting to countries including the United States, Australia, Canada, Singapore, and Vietnam.
